https://ramaco-qatar.net/rkhyvdkf1 Anirudh Ravi, Bharath Kashyap, and Abheet Anand are the acoustic trio that makes up Cinema of Excess. The music that the band plays is a careful curation of western folk, indie folk, and country music. Influences include artists such as The Milk Carton Kids, John Mayer, Damien Rice, Jack Johnson, and Iron & Wine. A wonderful mix of fingerstyle guitar sections and poetic lyrics, Cinema of Excess is truly an experience in a live setting. Their debut EP titled ‘Bring Back The Sound’ released in 2018 to incredible reviews, after which the band followed it up with two singles (and an international tour in 2018) over the next two years. Enter 2022, and Cinema of Excess' recently released their proudest work yet- their second studio EP 'Rooftops'. Riding on the wave of its success internationally, the band recently got back home from their wildly successful 6-city tour called the '#HeadInTheCloudsTour'. Their music is available on all global streaming platforms, and have more than 1M streams collectively.
